Send us your contract

Once we receive the fully executed contract, we open the file, gather the transaction details, and get everything moving on our end. Our work will begin after we receive a signed engagement letter.

Meet your Atlas Specialist

Your file is assigned to a Buyer Experience Specialist who knows the transaction, keeps the details organized, and serves as a go-to point of contact.

We dig into the title work

Our team gets to work on the title search and legal review, looking for anything that needs attention before ownership can safely change hands. If something comes up, we work behind the scenes to get it sorted.

We get closing-ready

As closing gets closer, we shift into final-prep mode wrapping up title requirements, coordinating with the lender, preparing documents, confirming numbers, and making sure everyone knows what to expect.

Sign, close, and celebrate

Smile, it's closing day! Whether your client signs with us in the office or remotely with a signing agent, we coordinate the final details and submit it to the Register of Deeds for recording.
